Darwin, Palmerston & Rural Area

We provide free local delivery for orders over $60 within Darwin City, Northern Suburbs, Palmerston & Rural area as far as Humpty Doo and everywhere in between.

Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays between 2:30pm and 6pm. Please contact us if these times will not work for you.

At checkout you can choose your day - we need you to be home at this time to take delivery of your order or have a pre-arranged safe place/freezer to leave your goods.

Bulky / Oversize items

Parcel post and express shipping exclude bulky items and dry goods over 5kg. Excluded products will be highlighted in your shopping cart.

If your order contains a bulky item you will be requested to provide us your contact details and we will obtain a freight cost for you.

The Ortho Mat is an orthopedic pet bed that features a warming faux fur cover that is machine washable. Inside is a 100mm high convoluted orthopedic Australian foam insert designed to relieve pressure points and to prolong the health of your pet’s hips and joints. It’s lightweight and allows air to flow, which is ideal for less mobile pets. The foam is treated with Ultra-Fresh antimicrobial treatment, which helps control dust mites and other household bugs that trigger allergies and asthma. It helps keep the foam fresher and cleaner for longer controlling unwanted odours caused by bacterial growth. The mat is versatile and can be used indoors, inside a kennel or crate, and is especially suited to older or injured pets and those who suffer from hip dysplasia or arthritis, it’s also suited to pets who overheat or feel the cold.
