Your shipping charge will be calculated upon the service you select and the weight of your order.

Darwin is outside of the Express zone so delivery times once dispatched are 2-3 working days for Express Post and 10-14 days for Parcel Post.

Local Delivery

Darwin, Palmerston & Rural Area

We provide free local delivery for orders over $60 within Darwin City, Northern Suburbs, Palmerston & Rural area as far as Humpty Doo and everywhere in between.

Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Fridays between 2:30pm and 6pm.Ā  Please contact us if these times will not work for you.

At checkout you can choose your day - we need you to be home at this time to take delivery of your order or have a pre-arranged safe place/freezer to leave your goods.

Bulky / Oversize items

Parcel post and express shipping exclude bulky items and dry goods over 5kg.Ā  Excluded products will be highlighted in your shopping cart.

If your order contains a bulky item you will be requested to provide us your contact details and we will obtain a freight cost for you.

The store will be exclusively open just for you for up to 45 minutes. You will have the attention of AP founder Hannah to discuss any topics/challenges you're having with your animals. Complimentary glass of prosecco, beer or alcohol-free beverage from @drysociety for you and treats, snacks and pet-friendly refreshments for your furry family member(s).

Your dog and/or cat can experience the freedom to explore the store in their own time off lead, sniffing to their hearts content.Ā 

Ideal for dogs that are:

  • not social
  • reactive
  • nervous
  • anxious
  • young puppies to experience a new and safe environment

You may need a harness fitting and don't want to encounter other dogs. Or you may just want the interrupted attention of us to talk through an issue or challenge you're having.Ā 

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is payable upon booking which will be credited to your account to use in-store against whatever product you like.
