Para Pro contains a comprehensive blend of herbs used in traditional Chinese, Western and Ayurvedic herbal medicine, traditionally used to gently support the body against intestinal worms and parasites, and support healthy intestinal microbial balance.
Ingredients: Artemisia absinthium (Wormwood), Juglans nigra (Black Walnut Hulls), Syzygium aromaticum (Clove), Hydrastis canadensis (Goldenseal), Berberis aquifolium (Oregon Grape Root), Handroanthus impetiginosus (Pau D'Arco), Berberis (Barberry), Azadirachta indica (Neem Leaf), Nigella sativa (Nigella Seed), Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh).
Directions: Give twice daily for 7 consecutive days, once per month, according to weight, or as recommended by your animal healthcare professional. We recommend giving with a small portion of daily food intake, separate from the normal meal.
- Cats: 1/8 tsp
- Dogs 0-5 kg: 1/4 tsp
- Dogs 6-15 kg: 1/2 tsp
- Dogs 15-25 kg: 1 tsp
- Dogs 26- 35 kg: 1 - 1/2 tsp
- Dogs 36- 45 kg: 2 tsp
- Dogs over 45 kg: 3 tsp
Storage: store below 25 degrees Celsius, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
Cautions: discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia or a procedure involving sedation. Do not give to pregnant or lactating bitches.
Important: this herbal product has not undergone the same efficacy testing as registered veterinary wormers such as Drontal or Milbemax. We recommend using this alongside, not instead of, your vet's recommended worming schedule, and having regular faecal testing to confirm your pet is genuinely worm-free - especially important for puppies, where a heavy worm burden can be serious.
