Managing your Aussie Pooch subscription is simple and stress-free. Your selected products will be automatically delivered based on your chosen schedule, ensuring you never run out of those all-important pet care essentials.
Before each order is processed, your card will be charged securely—typically 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipment date.
You’ll receive an email notification before your subscription order is processed, which will give you enough time to review your order, make any necessary adjustments, or update payment details before the payment is processed.
Need to make changes?
You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account. Just be sure to update any order details before the cut-off time, which is 48 hours before your next scheduled payment, to ensure your adjustments take effect in time.
Delivery details to note
We deliver free of charge to Darwin, Palmerston and Rural Area for orders $60+ on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
For pet parents in other Australian states, Express and Parcel Post is available. We also deliver to Seaswift and Auriga Barges for remote NT islands.
Darwin is outside of the Express zone so delivery times once despatched are 2-3 working days for Express Post and 7-14 days for Parcel Post.
Your shipping charge will be calculated upon the service you select and the weight of your order.
Please note: We do not currently ship frozen produce interstate or beyond the Greater Darwin region
