2. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents only.

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Aussie Pooch or Litchfield Tourist Park, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway opens on the date the promotional post is published on the Aussie Pooch Instagram account.

• The giveaway closes on Sunday 8 February 2026 at 11:59pm AEST ("Closing Date").

• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram, participants must:

1. Follow @aussiepooch and @litchfieldtouristpark on Instagram;

2. Like the official giveaway post; and

3. Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one person they would share the prize with.

Each eligible comment counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.

No purchase is required to enter.

6. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) nights’ accommodation in The Dog House pet-friendly cabin at Litchfield Tourist Park.

• The prize must be booked and redeemed by 31 May 2026, subject to availability.

• Blackout dates may apply and will be advised by Litchfield Tourist Park at the time of booking.

• Transport, food, additional guests, and any other expenses not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

• The winner must comply with all booking terms, park rules, and pet policies set by Litchfield Tourist Park.

• The prize may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official Aussie Pooch account.

• The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of being contacted.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, is deemed ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Aussie Pooch and Litchfield Tourist Park reserve the right to redraw the winner.

9. Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their Instagram handle being announced on Aussie Pooch and/or Litchfield Tourist Park social media channels.

• No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Pooch and Litchfield Tourist Park will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.

• Aussie Pooch and Litchfield Tourist Park reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

• They reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of their control.
