Bees Creek Honey is a beautiful honey made from the nectar of natural bush trees in the Northern Territory. The owner gently spins the frames from hives placed in the nature reserves around Darwin, NT.
Beescreek Honey began in 2011 when a Darwin local, working as a welder at the time, took on his first beehive after growing up around his father's own beekeeping interest. What started as a hobby grew into a proper beekeeping operation, now also providing pollination services across the Northern Territory.
Raw and unfiltered, with no additives and no heat treatment, this honey is hand-extracted to preserve its natural qualities, resulting in a dark, rich flavour distinctly different from the paler, processed honey found on supermarket shelves.
